“I joined NAWBO the day after attending my first meeting. I immediately got involved in Member Services and Communications committees because I think you get the most out of a membership by participating. I’ve served on the Board for 6 of my 8 years as a NAWBO member, and I am happy to say that I can count over a dozen members as clients, and many, many more as friends.”

"I have been a member of NAWBO for 4 years and am starting my 3rd year on the board. I found by being on the board, I felt more involved in the organization, and got to know the various board members. Being a person who is not comfortable in crowds, it has given me more self confidence to approach both old and new members. I have always believed that if you want to feel a part of an organization, you must get involved."

This is my second year to be a NAWBO member. I agreed to be on the board to get more involved with this great group of women. I want to help get the word out about this group to other women business owners in the Cleveland area. I am honored to be on the board.
